Project Sales Agent

Location: Surrey, BC (Remote/On-site) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Commission-based)

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Project Sales Agent to act as a key driver in our development sales cycle. In this role, you will be the face of new developments, converting potential leads generated by our system into successful sales. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process—from initial contact and property tours to the final execution of disclosure statements and purchase agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Client Management: Contact and nurture potential leads, conduct professional property tours, and provide high-level customer service for both presale and resale units.

  • Project Promotion: Collaborate with our marketing team to execute VIP launch events, open houses, and digital campaigns that drive project urgency.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of Lower Mainland market trends, pricing, and competition to provide actionable insights to both buyers and developers.

  • Contract Administration: Ensure all documentation, developer agreements, and sales contracts are executed with precision.


What You Must Bring

To be successful in this high-energy environment, candidates must possess a blend of technical licensure and elite interpersonal skills:

  • Real Estate License: You must hold a valid license in British Columbia.

  • Proven Sales Record: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication & Phone Skills: Exceptional ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and in person.

  • Sales Negotiation: Strong skills in navigating complex real estate transactions and closing deals.

  • Flexibility: The ability to adapt to a flexible work environment and the changing needs of a project launch.

  • Local Expertise: A deep understanding of the Lower Mainland real estate market, specifically townhomes and condos.
