By participating, the referrer agrees to all conditions set forth below.

1. Eligibility for Referral Bonus

The referral bonus is available to any individual who refers a new client to Amanti Marketing Group.
A "new client" is defined as a person or entity who is not currently, and has not previously been, in a contractual agreement with Amanti Marketing Group for marketing, sales, or any other real estate services.
The referral must be a qualified lead who proceeds with a purchase or sale of a residential or multi-family property.

2. Referral Bonus Structure

Our referral bonus is based on the final sale price of the transaction. As an example:

For a purchase or sale of $1,000,000: The total referral bonus awarded will be $3,600.
For a purchase or sale of $3,000,000 or more: The total referral bonus awarded will be $10,000.

3. Payment of Referral Bonus

The referral bonus will be paid to the referrer within 30 days of the successful closing of the property transaction.
Payment is contingent upon the completion of all contractual obligations between the client and Amanti Marketing Group.

4. General Conditions

This offer is subject to change or termination by Amanti Marketing Group at any time without prior notice.
All decisions regarding eligibility and the final bonus amount are at the sole discretion of Amanti Marketing Group.
The referrer is responsible for any applicable taxes on the referral bonus received.
By accepting a referral bonus, the referrer agrees to release Amanti Marketing Group from any claims, liabilities, or damages related to the bonus program.
